After a one–year–long break, Hans (Juan Amador) and Fritz (Wieninger) are happy to welcome you again in the midst of the vineyards only a few steps away from the Krapfenwald–bath.
In the last weeks we’ve built a small wooden hut to blend in a little more with nature and keep the focus on our extraordinary plates and the great local wines from our Hajszan Neumann winery. Of course, the beautiful view of our beloved Vienna remained the same.

The presentation of the new vintage 2023 of the Wiener Gemischter Satz DAC will be held at the Aula der Wissenschaften on March 30th, 2023. We are happy to announce that we will also be pouring some of our Wiener Gemischter Satz DAC there. Find more info on the event here!

The Falstaff Wine Guide 2017/18 is out now – along with high ratings of our wines! We are thrilled with the 94 points awarded to our Wiener Gemischter Satz DAC Weisleiten 2016, and are just as excited about the excellent scores for our NATURAL wine series: 94 points for the NATURAL Traminer 2016; 93 points for the NATURAL Muskateller 2016, and 92 points for the NATURAL Gemischter Satz 2016.
Here’s how we do it: In April, we fill our wines. In the spirit of our philosophy, we take our time in filling the bottles – carefully and without rushing. The 2016 vintage shows a bright radiance and mineral coolness that we had not expected! The unique terroir of the Nußberg comes through fully. And due to our biodynamic management, the 2016 wines are fresh, complex and full of life. This runs through all of the varieties – whether light or full-bodied – including the Zweigelt.
At the First Attempt – 2 Michelin Stars for Amador’s
Amador’s Wirtshaus, located directly at the Hajszan Neumann winery, has been awarded with two Michelin stars. This makes it one of only six Michelin two-star restaurants in all of Austria. And this is particularly special because the German top chef, Juan Amador, opened Amador’s Wirtshaus und Greißlerei just over a year ago!

We are proud of our authentic new look! The logo design symbolises the five elements connected to the environment and the laws of nature. The lines are based on the geometry of the vineyards. And a lilac hue harmoniously completes the unique and nature-oriented design.
